Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, bio-digital convergence)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven insights on industry evolution and market inflection points
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centric design principles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
