- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on future workforce, regulatory, and consumer behavior shifts
- Design resilience strategies for geopolitical and climate disruption scenarios through 2030
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with long-term market evolution
- Establish global think-tap initiatives with academic and industry leaders to shape future standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology or societal transformation trends
