- Manage $500K annual innovation sandbox for experimental technologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (2020-2024)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario modeling software
- Track record of scaling pilot programs to enterprise-level solutions
- Strong network with academic research labs and DARPA-affiliated institutions
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent
