Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technological and societal trends

- Produce annual 'Future State' reports synthesifying global innovation signals
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for early trend detection
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
