- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges in climate resilience and human augmentation
- Build predictive models using big data analytics to quantify future market opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio published in leading futurist journals or industry publications
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and future modeling software
