- Conduct horizon scanning research on quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech breakthroughs
- Design human-AI collaboration frameworks for next-generation workforce ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to prototype futuristic solutions using rapid experimentation methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) with publication record
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated success influencing executive-level technology decisions
- Experience with rapid prototyping and agile futures methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
