Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional strategy workshops translating future insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and user experience
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future strategy frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
