Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging industry paradigms
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Quantify future scenarios through data modeling and predictive analytics to inform high-stakes decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future implications into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research with demonstrated impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation with global speaking experience
- Portfolio of successful future-shaping initiatives in tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
