Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide multi-year product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational resilience
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to embed future-readiness into current initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic impact and adapt frameworks based on real-world data
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Planning, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
