Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and macroeconomic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for high-stakes decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on transformative opportunities and risks
- Produce thought leadership content and predictive reports for industry stakeholders
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable futures
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive modeling techniques
- Global perspective with multicultural collaboration experience
