Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging trends and disruption scenarios
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications for innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight
- Present executive briefings on future opportunity landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with quantitative trend analysis and qualitative research synthesis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
