What you'll do: Lead horizon scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, and quantum domains; develop scenario-planning frameworks for global clients; collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational strategy; publish thought leadership in top-tier publications; and mentor next-gen futurists through our incubation program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Present future forecasts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and oversee research methodologies
- Integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
