Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for 2026+ business continuity and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing operations
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Develop adaptive governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present foresight findings at industry summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption and transformation
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or white papers
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Horizonscanning platforms)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
