- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making technologies
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and investor partnerships
- Drive open-source initiatives for climate-positive tech solutions
- Present breakthrough concepts at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD researchers in human-computer interface innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Patents in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or biocompatible sensors
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
