Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks using data-driven methodologies and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future strategic priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Design and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies for emerging threats
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
