Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans with quantitative impact modeling
- Facilitate executive workshops on long-term vision and risk mitigation
- Author quarterly foresight reports for the board of directors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency with strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
