- Build competitive intelligence maps and future-state market simulations
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors
- Maintain trend radar through global research networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or MBA with innovation focus
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., in Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis software
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
