- Facilitate executive workshops on future implications and strategic pivots
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive forces and transformational opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFIP)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
