- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into executable plans
- Author white papers on future workforce automation and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and congressional technology policy hearings
- Oversee $50M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Cognizer)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on technology policy
