Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation and portfolio diversification
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align departments on 2026 strategic priorities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities

- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
