You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to incubate breakthrough initiatives and drive cultural transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Architect and oversee innovation labs and startup partnerships for disruptive technology adoption
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation methodologies across 500+ global employees
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent InnovateForward at global forums on future of work and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite leadership with proven 2026+ planning experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Track record of scaling innovation programs from concept to market impact ($50M+ revenue preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams in tech-forward environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption (book/articles/speaking engagements)
- Global perspective with experience navigating cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
