- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Measure impact of strategic initiatives through KPIs aligned with 2026 vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
