- Create actionable roadmaps for digital transformation and organizational adaptation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on 2026+ market landscapes
- Pioneer AI-powered trend forecasting and predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
