Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for market entry and product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into narratives
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
