Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and global trends to inform corporate strategy
- Lead innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype disruptive solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong experience with AI/ML, biotech, or sustainability tech domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
