Responsibilities

- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives embedding foresight methodologies across all departments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive 2026 industry shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched 3+ years ahead of market
