You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof our organization while mentoring cross-functional teams in exponential thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI ethics)
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership on societal and technological disruption
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic 2026 milestones
- Mentor senior stakeholders in exponential thinking methodologies and risk assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Innovation Management preferred
