Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to define 2026-2030 strategic priorities
- Develop and present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Create compelling future-state scenarios for investor relations and market positioning
- Drive organizational culture change to embed innovation thinking across all departments
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts impacting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or foresight journals
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical environments
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
