Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and sociopolitical trends to map 2026+ innovation pathways
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and Fortune 500 partners
- Author industry-defining whitepapers and trend reports
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published thought leadership in future studies or emerging tech
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating trends into market opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of 3+ future-impacting projects launched since 2020
