Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology adoption
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
