Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, AI advancements, and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies including quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Produce forward-looking strategic reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging ecosystems
- Design organizational resilience strategies for volatile future markets
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their business implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
