Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend briefs for industry publications and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using AI-driven platforms and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or Innovation Management
- Demonstrated success developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or thought leadership pieces
