Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging macro-trends (tech, social, economic) with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across global industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Present strategic futures at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in peer-reviewed journals or major media
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC preferred)
