Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce strategic reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in future technology or strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
