Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for future disruptions

- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' detailing market opportunities and threats

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
