Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2035 horizons
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused strategies and risk mitigation
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to executive leadership and boards, translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Drive organizational culture of adaptive innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy and disruption preparedness
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Global perspective with cross-cultural experience in emerging markets
