Responsibilities

- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future-proofing business models and supply chains
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry summits
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Build and curate a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify ROI of futuristic initiatives through scenario modeling and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful ventures from foresight insights
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and prototyping
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ impact projects
