You'll be empowered to explore uncharted territories and lead initiatives that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions to prepare for future uncertainties
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy influencers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business initiatives with measurable ROI
- Author thought leadership content and present at global innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex scenarios and interdependencies
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Professional) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams in high-ambition projects
- Publishing record in foresight journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
