Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for future market disruption and competitive positioning
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on future technology adoption
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-state planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience working with global enterprises in technology, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
