Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging 2026 tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and resource allocation
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for stakeholders across all business units
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences on future trends
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in tech-forward industries
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, sustainable tech) and market applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
