Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology horizon scanning framework identifying disruptive trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for future market demands
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings translating complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture emerging innovations
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with stakeholders to align on long-term vision
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting technology adoption through 2026
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting with tech-focused organizations
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
