Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence opportunities
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital ecosystems
- Present strategic insights at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $2M for experimental technology initiatives
- Mentor emerging talent in our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR, or bio-digital interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
