Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Design and facilitate future-thinking workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership reports and patent applications for breakthrough innovations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy role
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption scenarios
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
