Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and business model evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year development horizons
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
