- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry-leading publications
- Experience advising C-suite on 10+ year strategic horizons and existential risk mitigation
