Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map disruptive technology trajectories impacting global markets through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients integrating AI, biotech, and climate innovation by 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated success in translating future insights into commercialized solutions
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU tech hubs, etc.)
