- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026 market landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for future innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology adoption
- Author annual 'Future State' reports forecasting industry disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience developing long-term (3-5 year) technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., APF, CSSP) preferred
