- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward technologies and business models
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish global innovation ecosystems through academic and industry partnerships
- Quantify future market potential using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
