Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype innovation roadmaps for client implementations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required portfolio)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
