Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and sociocultural patterns to map 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking capabilities across departments
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing anticipated market disruptions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
